 in the Rear, with Loft over, W.C., and Sideway Entrance, &c., in the occupation of Mr. Stacey.

The Purchaser of this lot will be required to take at Valuation in the
usual manner the Fixed and Loose Plant, Rolling Stock, Wholesale Spirit
Department Fittings and the Landlord's Fittings in the respective Houses as
per Inventory, which will be produced at the time of sale; also the Stock of
Beers and Ales as well as the Wine and Spirit Stock, which latter shall not
exceed the sum of £       ; the Bonded Stock being optional to the Purchaser
to purchase or not.
