    Ginger and Mary
and Tiptoes in stable

Ginger and Mary

The tack room is on the left of picture.
The back door of the tack room led onto Jellicoe Avenue
and can still be seen (bricked-up) in
Jellicoe Avenue, as the original wall is still in place.
At the Stokes Bay end of this wall is the entrance to the field
where the horses and ponies spent their summers.

The field has been built on, as has the site of the stables.

The former double gated entrance to the stables can still be seen
in Jellicoe Avenue
